We have been in the custom home building business for over 30 years, and the opening of the Apache Homes name brand, along with our Selinsgrove sales office in April of 1992 provided a more cost effective approach to building houses through greater volume, resulting in greater buying power and more specialization in the various trades.

Our emphasis has always been on quality and customer satisfaction. To remain competitive we strive to build fifteen to twenty-five homes each year. While we do have packets with limited plans available upon request, we will work with your plans or design from your ideas. However, we encourage customers to allow us to design a home around your individual needs.
